Living in a wooden sculpture: Welcome to the Ufogel in Nussdorf / Debant in East Tyrol near Lienz! This is no off-the-peg home, rather a living sculpture that turns out to be a space saver when it enters.
A compact, completely wooden building, both inside and out. The smell of wood flows through the room. A generous, bridge-like access as the only connection to the seemingly hovering building. Slippers are almost at home in the entrance area.
Following there is the kitchen with a spacious kitchenette, sink and hob. A wood-burning stove with optional cooking plate complements the kitchen and spreads warmth throughout the house. The expansive table can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. For even more generosity, the bench can be folded down.
The gigantic panorama window with sunbathing lawn in the semi-struck beats the bridge to the surrounding nature. A feeling of being outside with the convenience of inside. Natural materials, paired with quality products – the best of the region. Fabrics (Villgrater nature) from not far away generation give the Ufogel even more softness and comfortableness. Whether you want to relax comfortably, watch TV, play games, sleep, cook or just switch off – nothing seems impossible.
Upstairs there is a spacious double bed in pine wood, which can be turned into a couch if necessary. Another, separate bunk offers the special recreational value for two. An open, glass cabinet with a view into the shower cabin creates enough space for luggage. The barrier-free bathroom, with views of the East Tyrolean mountains, makes showering an experience.
The Ufogel has a floor heating, which can be optionally supplemented by the stove. A fridge with freezer and a box with various storage areas are available. For hot summer days, a fully automatic sun protection system is installed, which can be operated manually if required. In addition, air conditioning ensures a pleasant living environment.
