For Winter 2017/18 we are pleased to offer our guests a 15% discount off the Kärnten Top Ski Pass when booking 3 nights or more.
We are pleased to offer 3 large family apartments all with a separate bedroom for 2 children. All have private Shower & WC and kitchen.
Appt 1 – our largest, has 2 separate bedrooms, it also has a large dining/sitting area. Unfortunately, the apartment does not offer private outdoor space.
Appt 2 – the double bed is to the rear of the dining area, but benefits from a separate bedroom for up to 2 children and a covered Loggia with stunning views to the West.
Appt 4 – the double bed is to the rear of the dining area/kitchen, a separate bedroom with bunk beds for upto 2 children. The large private garden terrace, with table and chairs, provides an excellent space in which to enjoy your meals outside.
Please see the floor plans provided, all offer comfortable accommodation for a family of 3 or 4 people.
All apartments have private shower room and toilet. All kitchens are fitted with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster. Where there is no freezer, we provide one communally with separate shelfs for each apartment.
Our pricing includes; all local taxes, bed linen and towels, there is no extra charges.
We also offer guests free Wifi and Parking.
All Summer guests will receive free entry to a lakeside area in Döbriach.
Lake Millstatt provides all you need for your Summer holidays, quiet area in which to relax or all the water sports. The lake is perfect for swimming and bathing, reaching over 22°C.
During the Winter the skiing opportunities are almost endless, the local pass covering over 1.000km of piste. Bad Kleinkirchheim is our closest resort offers 104kms of mainly red piste, just a short 15 minute drive. Other resorts within 30 minutes include; Katschberg, Turracher Höhe and Goldeck.
Our house is located a short drive from the lakeside and facilities of Döbriach. Situated directly on the walking trail to Sappl and Matzeldorf, at the end of a no-through road, the house provides a peaceful get-away.
