Our cottage idyll ‘with a large garden is 7 km from Limburg town center, the A3 driveway Limburg South and the ICE station Limburg Süd away, the location is nice but quiet and rural. You can quickly reach the forest on foot and the Mensfelder Kopf with a wonderful view.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large open kitchen with transition to the stylish dining room, which is furnished with a dining table, a bench and 4 chairs made of oiled oak, a bathroom with two sinks, toilet, shower and window, a nice living room with black sofa bed, red sofa, white wall unit (with flatscreen TV etc.) and a total of three double rooms each with flat screen TV. (exact description see below)
In the large garden are available for you garden furniture, table tennis plate, trampoline, beach chairs, 2 barbecues and toys (badminton, etc.).
W-Lan is also available for you.
In order to get a better picture of the 3 bedrooms, here more details about the premises. Where the rooms are, you can see in the floor plan (photo above).
Room 1 has a large brown double bed (1.80 m wide), a flat screen TV, a private fireplace and a door to get directly into the garden.
Room 2 has a white upholstered bed (1.40m wide) and a flat screen TV. This room has a small hallway at the other end of the room to get to room 1, the large double bedroom, but it has absolute privacy to this ‘hallway’ so you have privacy in this room should someone go straight to room 1 ,
Room 3 also has a white upholstered bed (1.40 m wide) and a flat screen TV.
There is in the apartment of 2 wood-burning stoves, so the apartment is cozy and warm in colder days. The firewood for the stoves is of course included in the price.
To access the Internet is WiFi available in the apartment. For providing a small fee of 10 € for the entire stay is due only once.
