Living in the park of Schloss Erichsburg (built around 1527-1530). Enjoy your vacation in the historic, sprawling palace complex of the Weser Renaissance. The house is located in the park of the castle, surrounded by mature trees and bordered by the historic ramparts of the castle and the castle ponds (about 16 000m2 of water surface). The entire palace complex includes about 60 000 m2.
The house has about 120 m2 of living space and features on the ground floor of a bedroom, a living and bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen area and a dining room at the entrance. On the upper floor there is another bedroom and a large living & bedroom is room with large couch incl. Per a cozy balcony.
Directly in front of the house there is a open space with seating and space are for grilling. Ample parking for cars inside the Castle grounds exist. The house offers a magnificent view of the castle and the historical park. Adjoining The House parks and ponds can be used by prior arrangement.
Participation in our regular cultural events, medieval banquets, barbecues, parties, seminars and courses, etc. at reduced condition at any time. The house has been renovated in 2016 and completely refurbished. The certification of the holiday home for DTV with 4 stars is sought. By prior arrangement, you can spend with your four-legged family members on vacation with us.
The location:
Wonderful location in the park of the historic castle Erichsburg in the countryside on the outskirts of the small village Erichsburg in Dassel near the recreation area of ??Solling-Vogler region / Weserbergland. In the palace complex and the vaulted cellar events like knights festivals, medieval markets, exhibitions and concerts take place, especially in summer. The lock can also be reserved for private parties such as family reunions, Christmas parties, weddings, etc..
are all tourist amenities including in the area. Outdoor pools, walking and cycling, animal parks, climbing forest, etc. The nearby beer and half-timbered town Einbeck invites in the historic old town to stroll, shop or dine. Extensive cycling and hiking trails lead directly past the castle.

Ample space for large families or small groups is available. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with direct view to the castle. Directly on the house there is a large open space with furniture and a grill. Parking spaces and bicycle storage are available. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Possibility of utilization of park & ??pond for tents incl. Campfire romance is also possible by prior arrangement. We offer in addition to our free laundry cleaning service. To this end, we provide our washer, our dryer, a drying rack and an iron and ironing board on request at your disposal.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), 1 living room with additional sleeping possibility (if required), 1 dining room in the entrance area, kitchen and cooking area with small built-in kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower
Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm), 1 large bedroom & living room with double bed (180 x 200 cm), couch and sofa

We charge a security deposit in the amount of 250,00 €, which is to be paid in advance by transfer or at the latest on your arrival in cash. Of course, you will be returned at the latest at your departure.
If you do not want to eat yourself, you can use our food service. As this depends on your requirements, please contact us, we will provide you with an offer. You can buy standard foods and beverages from us.
The final cleaning service is included in the nightly rate. In case of heavy pollution with an increased cleaning effort we charge you a corresponding fee.
Our house is a Non smoking home. But we offer you smoking outside the house.
