Welcome to Dalaas in the apartment Arlberg in a quiet and sunny hillside near the forest. No through traffic. The 2-room apartment (40 m²) is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. Due to the hillside location, however, it has the character of a ground floor location with direct access to the terrace and the garden. The apartment has its own access via an external staircase. The entrance to the apartment is preceded by an entrance hall (windscreen).
The south-facing apartment with mountain views is comfortable and modern. The living and dining area leads to the patio and the garden.
Car parking lot in front of the house. Separate entrance with entrance hall. Storage for skis and bicycles.
Bedroom: double bed and wardrobe. Floor laminate.
Living and dining area: space for 4 people. Extendable couch also available as further sleeping accommodation for both adults and children. Floor marble.
Central heating: In the living and dining area and in the bathroom also underfloor heating.
Separate kitchen: sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Sheets (duvets allergy-friendly) and towels available.
Bathroom: bath / shower tray. Sink, toilet. Sat-TV (flat screen with radio function) and Internet (W-Lan) free of charge.
House rules: Check-in 16:00 o’clock / Check-out 10:00 o’clock, Non smoking apartment, no pets, max. Occupancy 4 people
