Property Description
On our property we rent a small nicely furnished house with garden area for 2 persons. For small children, the house is not suitable because of the stairs that goes to the upper floor / bedroom. Is possible.
It was renovated in 2015 and completely refurbished. It is located in a quiet residential estate.
Street parking is not a problem.
The plot is located in a very quiet location. Elberadweg, Dampferanlegestelle, ferry, tram, bus, train, shops, pharmacy and 2 outdoor pools are within a radius of 1km. Saxon Switzerland and the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are a half hour drive away, or accessible by S-Bahn.
By tram you are within half an hour in the old town of Dresden. Pillnitz is 20 minutes. away on foot.
In the area there are many recreational possibilities. Elberadweg, nude bath, swimming Wostra, steamer trips to the Czech Republic or the Elbe up to Meissen and continue. The city of Dresden is always worth a visit. Either the nicely designed Old Town with the Semper Opera, the Frauenkirche, the Zwinger, many restaurants and cafes, or on an excursion in the trendy district of Neustadt with many different pubs and bustle until late at night.
For shopping you will find many shops, both in the Old Town and the trendy Neustadt district.
Our Elbe Sandstone Mountains and the Saxon Switzerland offer many interesting destinations for hikers and cyclists. Gorgeous trails and day trips to the Czech Republic, Rathen, Rathen outdoor stage, Amselfall, Bastion, Burg Stolpen, to name just a few. Bad Schandau has a beautiful thermal bath to relax. The Christmas markets in downtown Dresden are gorgeous and the Christmas markets in the smaller towns of the surrounding area are always lovingly designed.
Also our wine growing area around Radebeul offers a lot of attractions, even the old town of Radebeul with the many wine bars.
Payment can be made online, in advance by bank transfer or in cash on the spot.
