In addition to a separate bedroom with double bed are two more full-size Murphy beds in the living area. The new kitchen is well equipped, including microwave with grill and hot air, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, Senseo and normal coffee maker, toaster and much more. In addition to various games and books in the living area is the large TV with Blu-Ray and DVD player available. A second TV incl. DVD player is in the bedroom. The bed dimensions are 180 x 200cm. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2018 and is equipped with a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towel rail.
Since this apartment is smoker and pet free, allergy sufferers can feel at ease.
A garage with reserved parking space for your car is also available. The apartment is equipped with a keyless entry system and can be reached via an elevator or stairwell. A balcony is also available and you are welcome to use the existing electric grill or raclette. The blinds in the large living area are electronically controlled.
Shops with restaurants are about 200 meters away and within easy walking distance.
