The old house “Huus Leegwater” is centrally located in North Burhave, just a few minutes walk from the beach, play barn, North Lagoon, bakers and restaurants. The 80 m² Non smoking – house forms an interweaving of a traditional style and modern architecture.
Starting on the ground floor you will find in the corridor the bathroom with shower and toilet.
Then you enter the living room to the open country kitchen with a cozy dining area. Adjacent down by a room divider and two steps lead up to the bright living room with a fireplace for those cooler days. The ground floor is tiled and fitted with underfloor heating. About a space-saving staircase to reach the two separate bedrooms. It is a very cozy alcove -double each in the premises. The roof windows are equipped with Sonnenschutz.- and flyscreen and thus provide a restful sleep with the window open. On warm days you can enjoy the sun on the terrace in the lovely garden. The terrace is covered by a pergola and tension cloths or awning to protect from sun and wind if necessary.
Two bicycles are available.
Two parking spaces are located on the property.
A reserved beach chair is available free on the Burhaver beach.
A linen package and a towel package is available for a surcharge.
Key collection is done by appointment with the manager. The contact details found on the booking confirmation separate. The arrival and departure period is also done by appointment. When handing over the keys, a deposit of 100.00 Euro is payable. There are no further fixed costs, such. b. Cleaning costs.
Please note that on the day of departure the used dishes, cutlery and similar. is cleaned and vacated at the provided parking space. We also ask that the fridge and dishwasher is cleaned. If this is not the case, our manager is authorized to retain 25% of the deposit.
