The well-kept and modern furnished apartment Solea is located on the outskirts of Esens. Quiet, yet centrally located and only 4 km to the beautiful North Sea beach Bensersiel, it offers space for 3 adults and 1 toddler.
The apartment with the small balcony overlooking the beautiful landscaped garden, located on the first floor.
You can expect a cozy living area with integrated dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Another sleeping accommodation is located in the living area on a pull-out sofa bed. On request, a cot is available for a toddler free of charge
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower with shower cabin and a vanity with mirror.
For general use, our guests the well-kept and beautifully landscaped garden.
A car parking space is located directly at the house. A bike shed for the bikes brought is also available to our guests.
All year round a guest contribution has to be paid to the community in the name of the municipality. The amount of this contribution is seasonal and will be charged separately.
