About the yard:
The Gulfhof polder72 is a historic farm from 1806 in a fantastic secluded location directly on the North Sea dike. Built by the chieftain family KANKENA, the farm has been managed for more than 200 years. “EGER” is our home, named after a family member of KANKENAS,

Since July 2015, the building has been renovated and renovated with 11 high-quality apartments. During the renovation, great importance was attached to preserving the historical character. Thus, the windows were modeled on their models, the masonry with muschelkalk new, wooden beams in sight and over the years built-up parts of the building returned to the original state. In the summer of 2016, we were able to welcome our first guests.
