Welcome to our cozy, very well maintained Non smoking cottage. It is a detached, built in typical frieze style house with beautiful landscaped, fenced garden at the end of a quiet cul de sac and therefore very well suited for families with children. 1 car parking space belongs to the house. 2 terraces with sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue make for a relaxing holiday at home. Since June 2013, our guests also a private beach chair available. In the garden house there are 4 bikes and for the little ones a wagon for free use.
Pets are not allowed. The floors are tiled and laminated, feel comfortable and allergy sufferers. In the lounge, a brick fireplace for extra coziness makes.
By 3 bedrooms (with mosquito net) is suitable especially our house for a family holiday with three generations.
A supermarket and playground is just around the corner, the dike and various restaurants can be reached in 5 – 10 minutes. The beach with children’s playground and a restaurant with beautiful views of the offshore islands and the ferry to the island Baltrum are about 20 minutes’ walk.

Neßmersiel: Neßmersiel, located on the Wadden Sea, is a nationally recognized, yet original and belongs to the coastal resort municipality Dornum. Here you can really find yet off the beaten track tranquility and relaxation. In the port, the Ferry Terminal to car traffic, the smallest Baltrum East Frisian island, also ‘Sleeping Beauty’ of the North Sea is called. Start here also the nicest and most mudflats, which are an experience for children and adults. Almost endless are the well-marked hiking and cycling trails. (Located in the village a) to the paddle and pedal stations, you can easily replace the wheel against a canoe and explore the beautiful countryside by bike and boat at the same time. And if it rains, which offers multi-functional center ‘storm-free’ with a covered area of ??3 000 m² of entertainment for all generations (with spa card free admission).
