If you want peace and relaxation, then you are in good hands in our accommodation.
As is common in East Friesland, the house has a side entrance. This is located in the rear area of ??the house.
Until then they can take the car and park. Here you can also access to the large sunny garden.
The house is divided into ground floor and first floor. The ground floor kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Furthermore, a laundry room with washing machine.
From the entrance it comes to the first floor. There are two bedrooms.
A larger with a double bed and another with two single beds. The windows have shutters.
Bed linen, tea towels and hand / bath towels are included in the rent. Please do not take this out of the house. bring your own for the visit in the swimming pool or the beach please.
The house is about 800m from the town center. It is detached and is in a nice, quiet street with no through traffic.
In the village are all necessary for daily needs shops as well as several doctors and physiotherapists. These are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The coastal resort Bensersiel, with ferries to the island Langeoog and the beach are about 5.4 km away. easy to reach by car, bus or bicycle. Desk is an excellent network of cycle paths available. Moreover, Esen has a train station and has access to the long distance coach. There are seven supermarkets in the town and for everyone the appropriate restaurant.
Our holiday home has the following features:
80 sqm distributed on two floors – suitable for 2 – 4 people – year-round rental – Non smoking house – no animals
Living room with flat screen, Blue-ray / disc player, audio system (CD player / radio / USB)
Kitchen fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Senseo, water and egg cooker, cooker with ceramic hob and oven and a fridge-freezer.
A bedroom with double bed (1. 80m), a bedroom with two single beds – one alarm clock in each bedroom.
Bathroom with bath and shower, hair dryer available – separate toilet. Hand, shower, tea towels, bed linen and a washing machine are available.
Parking at the house. In the adjoining building are the garbage pots and the garden furniture:
Table, chairs, loungers and garden bench, Weber grill with accessories. Bicycles are available at your own risk for bike rides.
Ticketing:
A booking of our house is possible from three nights minimum stay. In the period from 23. 06. 2018 to 08. 09. 2018 the holiday house will be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
The price of our holiday home is:
in the high season 65,00 € and in the remaining time 55,00 €.
The main season is the time of the 15th. March to 31. October, as time left
the time from 01. January to 14. March and from 01. November to 31. December.
In addition to the above mentioned price we charge a one-time cleaning fee of 25,00 €. On request, you can also clean the accommodation on departure, then no cleaning fee applies.
The final price of your stay is therefore the sum of the above-mentioned overnight stay price (multiplied by the number of nights you want to stay) plus the one-off cleaning fee mentioned in the previous paragraph.
Our rental rates include the consumption-related additional costs (heating, water, electricity), as well as the provision of bed linen, hand shower and tea towels included.
In addition, the landlord on behalf of the community a guest contribution after the duration of the stay in cash included and forwarded to the spa.
This is per night:
for persons over 18 years
in the high season 2.80 €, in the remaining time 1.00 €
for persons from 6 years – including 17 years
in the high season € 1.10, in the remaining time € 0.50.
