Welcome to our detached, ground-floor cottage with 4 komf. and tastefully decorated. Rooms. Outdoor blinds. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with south-facing terrace, playground and lawn.
It is furnished for four persons and a toddler.
Advantage of our house. At ground level, relaxing nights on hot summer days and quiet nights in typical Frisian weather.
The living room is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. On cold evenings, a tiled stove provides pleasant warmth and invites you to cozy hours.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A high-quality equipment with the usual electrical appliances as well as the many small appliances that make everyday life easier are also available, so you do not have to do without comfort in your holiday.
An iron & Board are also available.
The bedroom is equipped with double bed, 3-door wardrobe & Night tables.
The house is consciously equipped, that also small guests feel comfortable.
In the children’s room there are 2 single beds, 2-door wardrobe as well as div. Books, Games & Puzzle.
Highchair and baby cot are also at your disposal and plug-in sockets are also available.
The bedrooms have laminate flooring, the other rooms are tiled.
In front of the windows is insect repellent.
Our free-standing holiday home is on a 400 m² plot. It is surrounded by a charming garden with a south-facing terrace, games and lawns.
Here you can choose your sunny, wind-protected corner.
On the terrace you will find a beach basket and high quality seating with table.
The terrace has an awning.
Furthermore you will find in the wooden house a cart, beach toys, 2 city scooters and games for the outside, child-friendly table and chairs.
Four bicycles are available free of charge.
Of course, you can also place your own bicycles there.
Car parking space directly at the house
The municipality of Dornum collects a spa contribution from your guests. We as landlords are obliged to withhold this from our tenants. It is currently € 2.50 per adult and € 1.50 for children aged 3-15 years.
Bed linen (7,00 Euro per person) and towel set (7,00 Euro per person) can be rented on request.
