Property Description
The house was renovated in January 2018 and modernized. It offers everything needed for a comfortable carefree holiday. In the fully equipped kitchen are next to electric stove, dishwasher and microwave new electrical appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. Crockery and accessories are available in sufficient form, so that the self-catering is relaxing.
The living-dining room is equipped with a LED TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a stereo. The new leather sofa can be converted into a comfortable 1.60-meter-wide bed and the ottoman has a large enough storage box.
The dining area can be used by six people, there is also the possibility to place a highchair.
On the ground floor there is also the guest toilet.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with double bed, chest of drawers and 3-door wardrobe.
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, dresser and closet, as well as a TV.
The bathroom is newly renovated, including hair dryer and make-up mirror and also has a washing machine.
The terrace has an awning for shading and in the fenced and ingrown garden is a beach chair and an outdoor grill available.
There is a possibility that towels and bed linen can be booked for a fee through our manager.
Final cleaning (50 €) and tourist tax will be charged upon arrival and will be paid directly to our manager.
