Welcome to the North Sea resort Tossens! Our lovingly and with many extras equipped house is located in a very quiet location in the holiday park AIDA, only a good 5 minutes walk from the sea with a sandy beach and about 7 minutes from Center Parcs and Aqua Mundo away. 70 m² living space spread over 3 separate bedrooms for max. 5 persons (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed, 1 x single bed – additional 1 baby travel cot incl. Pillow and upper bed available), a bright living room, a spacious dining area and kitchen, shower-bath / WC, hallway and 2 storage rooms. An in-house wireless Internet access is available to our guests at no extra charge.
The cozy living room is furnished with a leather sofa and 2 leather armchairs. It has satellite TV / radio, DVD and BluRay player and a mini hi-fi system (CD player, radio, connecting cable for mobile phone / computer). A selection of DVDs, CDs, books and family- and child-compatible games available to our guests during their stay for free. Direction garden joins the separate dining area with a large dining table and wicker chairs. A high chair for kids (Stokke Tripp Trapp with strap & leather strap) is available, and more are available on hire if required. Between dining and living room there is access to the kitchen, the small but fully satisfying is equipped (electric stove with 4 hobs and extractor hood, fridge with *** freezer, dishwasher, microwave / grill, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, fondue Set and many more.).
The sleeping area the brightly tiled, modern bathroom / WC with corner shower is, towel rail, mirror cabinet and hair dryer. In the hallway, spacious fitted wardrobes and a storage room provide ample storage space for clothes and luggage. From the living area one looks into the garden, offers its dense planting with mature trees perfect privacy to the neighboring properties.
All the rooms are laid out on the floor, thereby, the house is suitable for families with small children as well as seniors. A parking space is located on the property. 2 bikes with 3-speed shifter for adults and a children’s bike are also available and can be used free of charge by our guests (there are several bike rental stations nearby, where e-bikes, bicycle trailers for children, Tretmobile etc. are available).
