Our house is located in a prime location Döses, almost directly on the sandy beach, and has a secluded garden to the west with a large, fully furnished terrace.
Since March 2017, a brand new beach chair for real beach house feeling for our guests in the garden!
The large bathroom is now completely new with extra flat shower and optics in the beach house style!
The house has 2 floors and comprises about 110sqm.

According to the location on the North Sea, the furniture is noble, but with natural materials, such. B. oiled woods, equipped – and a touch of maritime atmosphere.
The sandy beach is about 3-5 minutes walk.
On the ground floor is the dining and living area. In the living room there is a large cozy corner with huge corner sofa, armchairs, large flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. We have Wi-Fi, the TV is a smart TV and has many online TV channels via the media library.
The dining area has plenty of space for 6 people with views of the idyllic garden. Children receive a highchair for free.
The high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, Hocheinbaubackofen with hot air, ceramic hob, large extractor, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and toaster. There are high-quality stainless steel pots and plenty of dishes and glasses.
In the 1. Floor are 3 spacious sheep rooms, suitable for families or 6 adults. 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), two bedside cabinets and a wardrobe (1.80 m wide). A bedroom has a large west-facing balcony overlooking the dike. The third room has two beds 90×2, m, wardrobe, desk and chairs. The complete blackout is possible in every room via partially electric outdoor shutters.
For small children we offer travel cots with extra mattress or a security protection for the large bed, changing mat and baby bath for free.
All mattresses (2016/17 new) have 7 zones and a comfort height of 23 cm. We also offer on request thin summer blankets.
The fully equipped, large, designed in Long Island style bathroom, located in the 1st. Floor.
Here is next to shower and toilet and a bathtub available. There is a table with 2 sinks.
A separate toilet and sink are located on the ground floor.
All rooms of the house have (partially electric) outdoor shutters.
In a small utility room you will find washing machine, ironing board and iron as well as vacuum cleaner and broom etc.
With the entrance side our completely newly remodeled holiday home is very quiet on a green area.
A private lockable garage at your disposal (also for your bikes) is behind the house and a large adventure playground is nearby.
In the immediate vicinity there are small shops (newspapers, rolls, etc.) and nice restaurants.
In Döse there are various restaurants and pubs. Nearby you will find pharmacy, post office and a small shopping center (about 300 m) with ALDI, butcher, bakery and beverage market.
The Döser Kurpark with seabird park, fair and event center as well as spa house are nearby, as well as the beach house Döse and the Kugelbake.
Directly behind the dike starts the new promenade to Thalasso, which leads from Duhnen to the Kugelbake, for many the most beautiful place far and wide!
There are several ways to rent a beach chair daily or weekly.
Kite courses are offered directly at the Kugelbake in summer.
And last but not least, Döser Watt, located behind the beach, offers many possibilities, such as mudflat hiking, Watt wagon driving etc.
