The holiday house (semidetached house) is just 5 minutes within walking the harbor museum Carolinenesiel away. The sea is on foot with a nice walk along the Sieles made within the 30 minutes. The house was completed in summer 2016 and has modern furnishings. Brand new November 2016. The house can be occupied up to 4 people.

In the lower area there are 1 bedroom, 1 children’s room, 1 bathroom with shower and a small room with a washing machine. Upstairs you will find an open area, which includes the kitchen and the living area. From this area you reach the very large roof terrace.
A small lawn behind the house can also be used.
Domestic equipments:
Washing machine in a separate room, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, satellite TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, highchair and cot.
Guests wishing to bring their own bikes, so you can include them securely in cultivation. Your car can leave outside the house during the entire holiday on the private parking right – all spa facilities and shops can be reached within a few minutes.
Allergy Friendly:
Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment. Out of consideration for allergic pets are not allowed in the apartment. Upper beds and mattresses are new and suitable for allergy sufferers. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately if desired. Please request the costs separately.
