In the beautiful Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, in the midst of a well-kept residential area directly on the Harle, lies Haus Ilka. The house is a corner house with terrace, garden and garden shed, and two parking spaces directly at the house in a quiet play street, 50m from the Harle and promenade.
The location is very central. 10 min. Walk to the old harbor or 10 min. In the other direction to the Fisch Tempel coastal smokehouse Albrecht. 2 playgrounds are located in the immediate vicinity. The indoor pool Cliner Quelle is also within walking distance. The sea is only about 15 minutes walk.
In the holiday home come a total of max. 6 adults or z. B. 4 adults and 3 children under.
In November 2017, the house was completely refitted. Starting with the furniture, mattresses, blankets and pillows, electrical appliances and cozy decorative items for your well-being on site. In March 2018 we painted the whole house fresh again and built a second parking lot right next to the house. You can now conveniently park with two cars next to the house.
On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living and dining area with a cozy couch corner with Smart TV + new Blueray Player and a dining area for 6 people and a toddler who invites you to linger. Connected to this is the fortified terrace with a barbecue and a garden with garden sheds. There are four bikes in it that you are welcome to use. Other bicycles are available nearby in the bicycle rental. Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and new, high quality kitchen appliances from WMF (coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg cooker), as well as new dishes. A small bathroom with toilet is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor is a bedroom for two adults with a large double bed (180x200cm) with the best ever tested mattresses from Stiftung Warentest (Bodyguard) for your restful sleep, wardrobe, wicker chair and new children’s travel center. The travel cot from Hauck includes a recliner for newborns, mobile with music box, hanging basket with compartments and a practical changing mat.
The second bedroom on the first floor is also for two people and contains two separate beds measuring 90x200cm, a bedside table and a chair, as well as a practical closet. The central bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is the last room of the 1st. Stick.
The second floor is comfortably under the roof of the house, where the third and last bedroom is located. Here is again a large double bed for two persons (180x200cm) with the excellent mattresses (bodyguard), a chest of drawers, a wicker chair and a practical closet for your luggage.
You have the option to comfortably receive towels and bed linen from the property management on site: bed linen (10 EUR / person) and towels (5.00 EUR / person).
The towel offer includes: 1 shower towel and 2 normal towels, as well as no matter how many packages are ordered: 1-2 shower rugs and 2 tea towels.
In addition, a bread service is available at the house administration. You can decide on the spot for your combination of fresh pastries, which is brought directly from the local Becker in the morning to the front door of the holiday house.
The bicycle is the most popular and suitable means of transport in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel. Well-developed as signposted foot and cycle paths leave the fine sandy beach with the heated seawater outdoor pool (1500m), the center with many shops and restaurants (500m), the Cliner source with child care, spa gardens, 30 degrees C brine bath , Sauna and solarium (about 300m) and the children’s playground (about 80m).
Carolinensiel-Harlesiel has three ports to offer.
