No pets or dogs allowed. Non smoking apartment.
The apartment is lovingly furnished, fully tiled (with underfloor heating) and is located on the upper floor of a family-friendly two-family house. There are 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and a Murphy bed with 2 single beds side by side (with pocket spring mattresses) in the living room.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area – a bit away from the usual tourist bustle. However, you are quickly “in the thick of things” in the holiday atmosphere of Norddeich or on one of the numerous bike paths in the area.
If required, a travel cot, high chair, changing room in the bathroom and a wagon is available for free.
You can optionally book the following and pay upon arrival:
– Final cleaning of the apartment for 25 €
– A linen package (sheets and towels) for 6, – € per person
– Garage parking for 5 € / night
– Washer and dryer for a fee.
Visitor’s tax is payable for the duration of the stay and is payable in addition (not included in the room rate!).
Tourist tax per day:
Main season from 15. 03. to 31. 10 .: Adults (from 16 years): 2.50 €
Remaining time 01. 01. to 14. 03. and 01. 11. to 31. 12 .: Adults (from 16 years): 1.20 €
Children up to and including 15 years are exempted from the spa fee.
Annual ticket Adults (from 16 years): 70,00 €
