Our free-standing holiday home “Kleine Friesenkate” is located directly on the side of the Timmelermeer and has a boat bridge and a small 5 hp motorboat.
The approximately 70 m² large house is divided as follows:
* Ground floor: living / dining area with open fireplace, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 shower room, gallery, entrance, garden access.
* 1st floor: shower room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sofa bed, TV
* Equipment: fitted kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseomaschine, etc., washing machine in the bathroom, high quality terrace furniture, grill, 2 bicycles.
Our holiday home is cozy and modern furnished and dogs are welcome guests.
From the house you can reach the motorboat via a path and a staircase. Distance from the house: 30 meters.
Our boat can be used free of charge for rowing. On request also with 5 HP engine. For a weekly fee you get a technically perfect engine and also a proper instruction in the use. This is done by the specialist on site. Lifejackets are also available.
