The comfortably furnished apartment with 67 m² living space has been completely renovated and newly furnished by us. It is located in an exclusive location of Duhnen in a quiet cul de sac, directly behind the dike on the World Heritage Wadden Sea, in close proximity to the fine sandy beach.
It offers two bedrooms (maximum 5 adult beds: double bed, bunk bed and 1.20 m wide sofa bed with high quality mattress) and a large living / dining room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, comb. Microwave / grill, Hochbaubackofen and ceramic hob and a large fridge freezer. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Tassimomaschine are of course also available.
The new shower room is equipped with mirror cabinet, hair dryer and Gira radio. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom. W-LAN is of course available for free.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has a furnished balcony to the south and a large, covered, furnished balcony to the west side overlooking the dike.
A lift, laundromat and dryer, and iron are also available in the house.
For the little ones there are toys as well as children’s dishes and a high chair (cot for free on request).
All rooms have allergy-suitable floor coverings.
Swimming pool and sauna in the house are for free use. Three bicycles, a wagon and closed, lockable bicycle boxes and a parking space are also available free of charge.
The tourist center of Duhnen with numerous shops, nice restaurants and Ahoy Meerwasserwellenbad can be reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes.
