Property Description
The small, aligned to the courtyard apartment over the old garage was built in 2017 with all the comforts and is a perfect starting point for excursions on foot, by bike or car right from the meadow path behind the house in the near or further environment.
A spacious living room / bedroom with double bed and armchairs, next to a modern shower room and a kitchen – all equipped with cuddly underfloor heating. We have prepared an airy lounge area on an intermediate level in the adjoining barn, from which you can enjoy the view over the meadows on the Oder-Havel-Kanal and the regular visits of deer, storks, cranes and – depending on the season – the Cows of our local farmer can watch.
The apartment is located in the neighboring building to the apartment in the barn on Wiesenweg with 4-5 beds.
