Property Description
Our apartment in Taura is located on the ground floor of a two family house.
Taura is about 15 km from the city center of Chemnitz. In about 20 minutes you can be in the city center by car.
The center of Mittweida is about 12 km away and you can be there by car in about 15 minutes.
The apartment is about 65 m² in size and has the following rooms:
1 bedroom (with double bed)
1 living room (with sofa bed, lying area LxW 200x140cm)
1 kitchen (including a dishwasher)
1 bathroom
1 hallway
All rooms (except corridor) have windows. The bedroom can be darkened by external blinds.
A children’s travel cot is provided free of charge if necessary.
The sofa bed is suitable for 2 persons.
Prices incl. Cleaning, water, electricity, heating, bedding, towels, etc.
In the apartment smoking is not permitted in consideration subsequent tenant.
There is a beautiful garden with ample seating. In summer the large pool invites (approx 4 x 7 m) to relax and unwind. For children there is a tree house, a swing, a sandbox and a slide.
Excursion possibilities (examples):
– Museum train station in Markersdorf in Chemnitztal (within 5 minutes on foot). Museum Station with driving, events and special trips
– Sonnenlandpark in Lichtenau. This is a theme park with relatively cheap ticket prices. (About 20 minutes by car)
– Miniature Park Klein-Erzgebirge (about 40 minutes by car)
– Wettin grove in Burgstädt. This is a nice little park or Forest with a duck pond and a whole new adventure playground. (About 5 minutes drive by car)
– Nature Park Kobe. There is also a playground, a pond and many animals, eg. B. Donkeys, sheep, goats, various birds u. V. M. (About 20 minutes by car)
– Kriebstein. There you can u. A. Go by boat or hike to Burg Kriebstein. (About 30 minutes drive by car)
– The park railway in Chemnitz Küchwald is also nice for kids. There’s also a really great adventure playground. (About 20 minutes by car)
– The Sachsenring (MotoGP) is about 30 km or half an hour away by car.
