Property Description
The house offers a living space of about 70 square meters and extends to a generous 600 square meter plot with a lawn that to sunbathe or play inviting you. Decorated with a lot of love domicile is in every season a comfortable home for everyone.
The living room with dining area has a satellite TV, stereo radio-CD player, wood-burning fireplace and a large window. The whole house is equipped with an electric heater. Enjoy on our terrace overlooking the lake the unobstructed and let the beautiful nature sink in. Of course, garden furniture (two garden tables, 6 garden chairs), three wooden deckchairs and barbecue (charcoal / electricity) available.
For our little guests we have a travel cot with bed linen and a high chair.
Two bedrooms with double bed give your body a break from everyday life and help you recharge your own battery. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, toilet and hair dryer. Moreover is available an iron and ironing board and clothes horse for all cases.
The fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven and kitchen utensils and cutlery leaves no wish unfulfilled and offers while on holiday the comforts you are used to at home. A standard stock of sugar, flour, pasta, rice and various spices and cold drinks are available.
To explore the diverse landscape, our guests a men’s, a women’s and youth two bicycles free of charge. Those who like something more comfortable like an electric bike can (a men’s and a ladies’ bike available) Rent for a price of 10 € / day. With one battery charge to get at least 40 km away.
