newly renovated and mostly refurnished. It has about 50 square meters of living space.
The cozy living room has a pull-out sofa bed, dining area right on the picture window
wonderful sea views, cable TV, stereo, and blackout curtains.
The separate bedroom has a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe
and a small table by the window for making up or working.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for a holiday: oven, microwave,
Dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and
plenty of cutlery, crockery and cookware.
The modern bathroom has been completely re-built this year.
The hallway has a cloakroom, in addition there is a separate utility room, z. B.
for your luggage.
The large south-facing balcony with fantastic sea view is equipped with patio furniture.
Watch the passing pleasure boats and shrimp boats, surfers or kiters at sea.
There is constantly a lot to look, is also interesting to see how the sea
constantly changing at high or low tide.
On a clear day you can to Cuxhaven and the Elbe estuary watching.
Access to the beach and Pearl Bay about 200m, the nearest restaurant about 50m,
in the pedestrian street, walk about 10 minutes walk on the dike, always overlooking the Wadden Sea.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment includes a free parking.
2 bicycles (and a closed bicycle storage)
are also available for free to our guests.
For valuable bikes or strollers we can provide a garage available to you if necessary.
