Our beautiful apartment is centrally located and yet quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor. The center (pedestrian) and the harbor are within walking distance in 2-3 minutes.
The apartment was completely renovated in the fall / winter 2014 and can accommodate 2-4 persons. It has free Wifi. The beautiful living room with integrated kitchen offers every comfort. A cozy sitting area with flat screen TV and DVD player invites you to linger. The sofa can be converted with only one hand to a cozy bed, have on the two children or one adult. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the adjacent to the living room terrace you can enjoy beautiful evenings at the beautiful sunset. In the small bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a modern vanity. A hair dryer is also provided. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (bed slats are adjustable in height), two nightstands, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and also a flat screen TV. As the apartment is allergy friendly, we can not allow smoking and pets unfortunately. The apartment has a private parking.
The room and the bedrooms are equipped with external blinds (in the room they are electric) and on the terrace there is an electric awning which gives wonderful shade in the summer.
On request towels and bed linen can be booked for the price of 17,00 € per person.
The final cleaning is 30,00 € for bookings under 5 nights, it is included.
