Property Description
Our newly renovated holiday home for up to five persons is situated on a typical Spreewald flow on two floors and offers approximately 90 square meters. In the attic there is a large living room with a seating area, a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. There is also a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds.
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, kettle and coffee maker. Also on the ground floor there is a modern shower room.
Before the house there are directly under a walnut tree (ideal against mosquitoes) a cozy patio with garden furniture where you can grill perfectly.
The house is open from May to our to October a base price from 75, – Euro per night available. We charge this price up to an occupancy of up to four people. Euro per person due – another 15 are for each additional bed.
The price includes linen and electricity. Towels and bath towels are not provided, please. For the final cleaning of the house we charge 30,00 Euro, heating when required 3, – Euro per day. From the town of Burg we charged a resort tax of 2.00 Euro per person / day (children 00-17 years 0,00 EUR).
