The modern apartment is located just 100m from the beach of Lake Witten and was decorated in Scandinavian style. It has a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a reading chair. A flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player can be found here. From here you have access to a large balcony. There is a master bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer and cooker with ceramic hob and oven are available. Here you also have a cozy dining area. In modern shower room with outside windows are towels and hair dryer provided.
A parking lot is located directly at the house, located on a former farm land. There is plenty of space to run and play, rest and relax. Since 2017, there is a play barn, in which the children and adults can let off steam even in rainy weather. We offer various small vehicles (Bobbycar, go cart, scooter, etc.), table tennis, a small climbing wall and trampoline. In a meeting room, you can keep your bicycles, a washing machine and dryer are our men guests available there. Two rowing boats and a canoe you may use free of charge, a SUP board we rent for a small fee.
