On the property there are two cottages. The houses are staggered and here is the rear cottage Aue oasis which is suitable for up to 16 people. The covered terraces of houses are separated about 40 meters. If both houses are rented time at the terrace of Aue oasis there is seating for 36 persons and in the half-open living-kitchen area, up to 27 people can be accommodated.
Downstairs is a large living area to which it goes to the covered terrace with seating, (the terrace of the other house is about 40 meters away) which merges into an open kitchen area. The living area is equipped with a color TV, satellitePlant and a radio with CD player, kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In the living area are five cocktail chairs and an L-shaped sofa. The kitchen area has seating is available for up to 16 people and the living area has room for eleven people.
