At the gates of Baden-Baden is your luxury home in one of the most beautiful and warmest regions in Germany. If you walk through the park-like grounds to the house and enter, they will be thrilled. From the uniqueness of the view, the generosity of the rooms and last but not least the facilities.
The furniture is completely made of handmade solid wood furniture, unique in this kind and high quality. With great attention to detail even door frames, ceilings and windows have become a “Gesamtkunstwerk”. And yet, the lightness and transparency has always been maintained, with the modernity of the structure and the large window openings that merge the inside with the outside and let you enjoy new views in every room.
The spacious villa has 140 square meters of living space on one level. The center consists of a large living-dining room with adjoining conservatory. From here you have direct access to the beautifully landscaped 1400 sqm plot with 12 x 4 m swimming pool, several panoramic terraces with barbecue and outdoor fireplace.
Special luxury: Here the pool is not shared with others as in the hotel, but is exclusively for you!
Furthermore, the lounge has a fireplace room and a wall-paneled farmhouse room, which you will rarely see in this equipment. As a peculiarity of this farmhouse room you will find a glass mosaic window made by an artist, which always lets the light in this room radiate in a wonderful warm tone.
And if you want, you can indulge in the on-site bar. There you will find next to the exclusive bar and a hand-carved cabinet a new breathtaking view: From here you can look across the vineyards in a Black Forest valley, framed by a beautiful Black Forest mountain range.
For further physical well-being ensures a Poggenpohl kitchen with all the refinements.
The bathroom is completely new renovated and brought to the latest luxury standard.
Washbasin with 1.40 width, walk in shower with rain shower, toilet with additional water shower (bidet function). Fußbodenheizing.
Comfortable sleep can be found in both bedrooms. One is in the exclusive chalet style – with handcrafted solid wood furniture. (For sensitive sleepers: without a screw, all wood glued). The second was deliberately modern. In both bedrooms are two large (2x2meters) equipped with orthopedic mattresses King Size double beds, or high quality box spring beds.

In case you are looking for more freedom, or if your tour group includes more than 4 people (eg. B. 2 families who want a lot of privacy), we can also offer a luxury renovated apartment in the house.
Important for you: From 2017 there are no visual points of contact. So far you could see from one bedroom to the terrace of the apartment. This view is now protected by a canopy with additional glass sides. So there is no visible or audible impairment.
So you are visually and also felt the only resident of the house.
Even the large garden is completely protected from strange eyes.

Should you be able to separate yourself from your gem to make day trips to the near and distant environment, there are plenty of interesting options available:
If you feel like culture, lure z. For example, the cities of Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe, Strasbourg, Freiburg and Basel. You can also spend a day full of impressions in Germany’s most popular amusement park Europapark Rust.
Or you can reach the neighboring Alsace after only 20 minutes by car and visit there contemplative places z. B. on the French Wine Route. On this way you can also make a detour to Strasbourg and visit the cathedral, the old town, or the European Parliament.
The only 15 kilometers away Baden-Baden lures with a cosmopolitan flair. There you can visit the historic old town, the new and the old castle, the spa house, the spa park, the Merkur mountain railway, the Frieder Burda Museum, the colonnades and the Tolstoy known Trinkhalle, just to name a few highlights.
Or you can visit the international horse race, the big week in Baden-Baden in the spring and autumn. There you can participate in the show of celebrities from home and abroad and get a taste of cosmopolitan flair.

Winter sports enthusiasts reach the ski resort in Hochschwarzwald with many ski lifts 5 km as the crow flies away.
For the cross-country skiers there are of course many daily freshly prepared trails in untouched nature.
You can start hiking directly from the front door and have access to a variety of long-distance and short-distance hiking trails in the Black Forest, u. a. the Westweg and the German Way of St. James.
The center of the national park with all its attractions (eg. B. Summer toboggan run) can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.
