EXTRA:
Our apartment has high ceilings and is very spacious. Due to this, to the orientation, the masonry, and the thermal insulation, it is a decently breezy place in the very hot days of Bucharest in summer. Additionaly, the apartment has two air-conditioner units: one in the Sleepy Room and one in the Salon, which can satisfactorily cover also the Bookcase Room. However, expecting for 19°C in house in the sizzling Bucharest summer days may not be very appropriate.
The historical building has no functional elevator. The apartment is situated at the 3rd floor.
The house is 100% electrically-powered. No gas-powered cooking or heating, so no hazard risk.
HOUSE RULES – Use it as a bona fide guest and everything will work just fine:
a) No damage will be done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear, use and tear of the property.
b) The property will be used over high standards of civilized behavior. The apartment is located in a block of flats therefore silence should be respected throughout the entire rented period and especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, Opening and closing doors and gates as well as the traffic thorugh the common access corridors will be conducted with care and in silence.
c) Smoking and pet access are strictly forbidden in the entire property (except balconies, with the door CLOSED).
d) Additional guests or vistors are not permitted without prior approval of the Property Owner. In case additional guests or visitors are admitted without Property Owner’s consent, a penalty of 250 Euro will be applied
e) Property will be left in civilized conditions, all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned, towels and bedding are used in the limit of decency and good practices.
f) All keys will be handed over and all appliances will be functional and not damaged, as they have been handed at check-in. The loss of keys incurs a penalty of 250 Euro
g) All additional charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
h) No linens or towels are lost or damaged.
i) The renter is responsible for the good using the property for legal purpose and in line with requirements of the legislation.
j) The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by the owner.
