The interior contains a huge vintage living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The guest room comfortably fits two people or more with an extra matrice .has its own balcony and direct access to a shared bathroom with a washing machine and bathtub.
The flat is in a artistic , hypster area of Bucharest, right next to the National University of Arts , all of the cool places in Bucharest like nice coffee shops or art galleries. Is near from the Atheneum Concert Hall ,a 19th century building in the French neoclassical style and one of Bucharest’s most noteworthy architectural feats,Museum of Art, Traditional Romanian Museum , Museum of History , Museum of Geology and People’s House a short walk away.
Guest access
The best way to get there from the airport is by taxi . It will take you 20 to 25 minutes when is no traffic , or 35 minutes in worst cases . You will take only the taxies that have on the doors 1.4 lei / km . Do NOT take other taxies they will feel free of charge you a lot. If you have problems finding the location you can always call me so i can guide you , but all the taxi drivers no exactly were to take you , so don’t worry . When you arrive you will find the building , it’s on the corner and it has a 2 on the entrance . You have to ring intherphone 13C and when you hear the bip from the door , push the door very hard . It’s a realy heavy metal door 😉 .
The building contains a working (website hidden)’s old but it has no problem

You will have access to a lovely home, some nice sunlight in the morning and during the day.
Interaction with guests
We won’t see each other that much as I’m sometimes gone longer periods from the house . But for sure i will help you get familiarize with Bukarest . And You’re welcome to visit my studio just two minutes away from the apartment where I custom craft jewelry and other handmade goodies, in my free time .
If the other room si also booked , we will communicateon phone and apps ,but i will come every day home , and also you can come to the studio and hang out.
The neighborhood
There are some mini-markets downstairs. obe of them is open until 23:00 . Near the buildind you will find the University of Arts , so the area is populated by artist and you will find many art shops . Churches, restaurants, pubs and upmarket hotels can by found just around the corner. Gare de Nord, supermarkets, all the museums, major attractions and parks are located 15 minutes away by walking.
For the food i recommend :
– Autoservire Amzei (1 minute ) it is open from 11:00 until 16:00 – 17:00
they have romanian cooked food , you can find vegetarian but also meat and other tipes of food . the prices are cheap and the food is fresh and delicious . i eat here every day so we can have lunch togheter
-A1 – best bar , good food , great vegetarian food , lots of beers
– Voila – if you like french food , duck and natural wine
– Tratoria il Calcio – amazing italian food , if you are not a vegetarian i recomend penne sicilene al forno , if you are a vegetarian better try another restaurant 🙂
Getting around
The building is close to bus stops, taxi stands and the main metro station. The closest metro station is Romana Square (10 minutes walk) or Victoriei Square (10minutes walk ). Almost everything is within walking distance so you won’t need other transportation (of course, except from the Airport)
Other things to note
Smoking is allowed in the apartment only in the kitchen and balcony.Pets are also allowed.The house has a juice machine maker, blander , coffee machine and soia milk making machine . You can use them for making your mornings more healthier.
In the summer time you will enjoy the balcony . I’ve made a little garden so it’s really nice to have you coffee in the morning and just stay and relax .
