Property Description
This two bedroom apartment was completely renovated by a designer at the beginning of 2017.
Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and air conditioning.
In the living room – you have a corner couch with a coffee table and a desk. It is also equipped with air conditioning.
You have big screen led tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The internet is wireless and is free.
Bath comes with a big shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is completely equipped offering the possibility to cook from a fast breakfast to more complicated dishes for lunch or dinner.
The apartment have also a balcony – where we install a table and four chairs.
Cross the street from the building where the apartment is located you will find a small convenient store – which is open 7 days a week from 07:00 till 22:00.

The apartment is located in very central area but in the same time quiet and full of Bucharest charm.
Behind the building at just 1 minute walking you fill discover Cismigiu Gardens – the oldest public garden in the city. In the middle of the park there is an artificial lake where in the summer you can enjoy a boat ride (in the winter the lake becomes a large rink).
Just in front of the building you will see Sala Palatului – a big concert hall (most of the indoor concerts in Bucharest are here). The famous festival George Enescu – is going on here – every two years.
A very old church-build in 1720 is located just in front of your building. In front of this church – during the summer is the bus stop for the Bucharest Sightseeing Tour Bus.
Old Town – the liveliest district, known also as “Centrul Vechi” is conveniently located at just 10 minutes walking from the apartment.
At just 3 minutes walking you can have breakfast in a very nice french restaurant Boutique Du Pain.
