This flat is located in a block at the fifth level and can be accessed from two sides of the block by stairs or elevator. Along with the apartment we offer for FREE one parking space and fast cable and WiFi internet connection.
The apartment contains an entrance hallway that connects the kitchen to the living room that has a balcony attached and a second smaller hallway with a wardrobe joining the living room with the bathroom and bedroom.
In the entrance hallway you can find space for clothes and shoes and a desk with one directorial chair.
In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer, a kitchen range with stove, microwave oven, coffee and tea maker, pans and pots and other necessary kitchen tools for cooking, a table with chairs, other cabinets and a sink.
The living room is the widest space of the flat and is furnished with a library place, storage spaces, LCD tv, a table, extensible sofa bed and two sofa chairs. From here you can access the balcony where you can find more storage places.
All windows are on the back side of the building offering a clear view of the parking place as well as of the green surrounding area. All windows have curtains for light adjustment including the ones of the kitchen.
In the bedroom there is a large bed of 200 x 140 cm for two adults with a singular mattress, bed side standers, a stand for TV with drawers and storage places and a second TV.
The bathroom offers a tube with shower, sink, toilet seat and towel and depositing places.
You will always find clean towels and bed lingerie per number of guests expected, liquid soap, shampoo and toilet paper.
At the main entrance in the building and across the street there are grocery stores and mini markets, a non-stop store, ATM and exchange places, pharmacies and restaurants. Within 150 meters there is a supermarket as well.
Small parks and green areas are many around and we are located between two big Parks and Lakes. On one corner of the street there’s the National Arena at a distance of about 450 meters with Riviera Park and Riviera Lake right next to it and on the other corner Alexandru Ioan Cuza park which is quite large around I.O.R. Lake.
Near this park there is Park Lake Mall and other grocery market spaces.
The access to buss stations, trolley buss and tram buss is made from both corners of the street till the center of the city or further.
An underground station is located withing a distance of about 10-12 minutes of walking.
With prior notice and for an additional fee we offer the possibility of transportation for four adults around the city as well as from and to the airport.
