Property Description
The Villa is it’s located in a perfect location. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe place that is just at 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Old City Center. Next door is a Restaurant where you can enjoy a good breakfast or dinner. You also have a 24/7 Market where you can find everything you need at just 2 minutes walking distance.
At the ground floor you will have a spacious and bright living room with 2 comfortable extendable sofa and 1 normal sofa, A flat screen TV with a Samsung Sound bar that you can connect with Bluetooth and listen to your own music. Here you will also find the first bathroom. If you feel like cooking, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen ready at your disposal. In addition you have an exit to the backyard, where you can make a barbecue with your friends in the special arranged area.
The first bedroom is located at the mezzanine and it fits 2 beds, TV, a working desk and closet.
At the first floor you have another bedroom with closet and 3 more bathrooms ( 1 with Jacuzzi, 2 with shower cabin)
Here you will also have The Master Bedroom with a big terrace from where you can see down at the barbecue area, a dressing, TV and another extendable sofa in the room.
Finally at the loft there is the last bedroom with it’s own street view balcony. All the beds are queensize with new mattresses and all bedrooms have dark shade curtains so you will have a very comfortable sleep.
We’ve setup an ultra fast fiber optic Internet connection with 2 routers so you have a full signal everywhere in the Villa.
