Property Description
This is a private house on Street Negustori Nr 29 right in the center of Bucharest 10 min from Old Town,University and museums. The house was build in 1923 and renovated in 2017. House have 6 rooms and as you going to see from the pictures it is a simple house that we tried to keep the original look. All rooms have lock on the door and are separate. The room from the attic have a private bathroom and a private kitchen inside the room. the other rooms will share 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and a main kitchen . There is a washing machine that will be shared by everyone in the house and it is located on the 2 floor inside the bathroom. 2 rooms have access to the main balcony straight from the room . The balcony is accessible by everyone and this is the place where you can enjoy a cigarette or drink your coffee in the morning. The property is only 10 min from metro and buses . Will be provided towels and linens. All bathroom essential also provided including laundry detergent. THIS IS A SMALL ROOM WITH 1 TWIN BED THAT SLEEP 1 PERSON COMFORTABLE. ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS. WILL SHARE 2 AND 1/2 BATHROOMS AND A NICE SIZE KITCHEN WITH ALL THE BASIC NEEDS INCLUDED.(microwave, cofee filter, free cofee, tea, sugar and more)TOWELS AND LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED.
