The comfortable apartment is located in a 2-family home in a quiet location. The spacious apartment is on the lower floor. You have ground level access with your own parking space, sunbathing area and terrace. You can also have a barbecue. The apartment itself has disabled access with a bath and has a large eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped. The spacious living room has a flatscreen TV, small library of excursion destinations and a collection of games for bad weather days. The view from the living room and kitchen is a lovely one of the small village of Hontheim, with a water treading basin. The municipality of Sellerich is a recognized tourist resort. The village has around 350 inhabitants and 4 districts: Sellerich, Hontheim, Sellericher Höhe and Herscheid. The town, located on the southeastern slope of the Schneifelwald, is part of the German-Belgian nature reserve. Here you’ll find well-marked hiking trails with numerous benches, 2 water treading basins, grill huts, a barefoot path and swimming in the lake. Prüm is also nearby and has a basilica and a museum of local history only 8 km away The "Schwarzer Mann" mountain is also located in Prüm, where you’ll find a log cabin with a great kitchen. There is also a skiing area with cross-country ski runs, 2 ski slopes, 1 toboggan run and lift.
