Furthermore, Brixen has cross country trails, good walking, a skating rink, five covered tennis courts, bowling ally, toboggan run and to replace all those used up calories, various restaurants and of course the cosy Tirol bars. The beautiful villa is situated on the outskirts of the village. The villa has under floor heating and the outside of the building has been beautifully finished with wood. The warm and attractive decor, immediately makes you feel at home. The spacious living room has a fireplace.
