Here you can feel at home from day one: in our beautiful Non smoking rental with Internet access (WLAN) in a central yet quiet courtyard location with no traffic noise with private parking. It is located in. 2 Floor of a neat multiple dwelling and is located away from the Weser river in the Ancient Near Neustadt, within easy walking 5 minutes. It is there just across the pedestrian bridge with a magnificent panoramic view of the old town, and you get stuck after a further 5 minutes in the middle of the Bremen city center at the market square with the Town Hall, Dom and Roland.
The living room is furnished with noble glossy furniture. For sleeping, a new, comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 people with slats and spring mattresses, a high-quality Murphy bed with new 7-zone pocket spring mattress and if necessary, a guest bed or baby crib available. There is a large flat-screen TV (with freenet subscription for the private programs) and a small south-facing balcony, where smoking is allowed.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is there: Ceramic-plate cooker and 4 hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, microwave with grill and convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and all cooking utensils.
The bathroom includes a bath / shower combo and plenty of storage space for your utensils.
Towels and hair dryer are of course at no extra cost, as well as the bedding.

Each additional person costs an additional 12,00 € / day.
Added to the bed tax is 1.00 euros per adult. Person + day (maximum of 7 days), which needs to be paid locally on arrival.
