Here you’ll find this centuries-old and newly renovated farmstead with a cosy apartment suited for two people that is comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. The restoration of the rooms focused on combining rustic elements with modern components. Guests also have access (by arrangement) to the vaulted wine cellar. There is also an artist’s studio on the property that belongs to the owner. In addition, you’re welcome to use the magnificent garden with lounges and a cosy common room (with refrigerator and beverages). For hikers and cycling fans, the municipality Neureichenau offers ideal and varied leisure activities during the summer months. However, nature lovers and winter sports enthusiasts find that winter presents rather heavenly conditions too. Approximately 50 km of cross-country ski trails as well as a skating track, ski lifts, snowshoe hiking trails, ice curling rink and well-tended winter hiking paths are at your disposal. The "Bavarian Forest National Park" and the "Three River City" of Passau are only a thirty-minute car ride away.
