Property Description
The place is very big. It has 110 square meters and it is on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed for one person or two) and 2 bathrooms (one small and one large with a bath and shower). It includes: kitchen, soundproofed walls, wireless internet at full speed, over 80 TV channels + Netflix, fresh towels, linens & toiletries, hair dryer, heating system & free parking lot. We offer laundry for a small fee. We accept pets, but please bring whatever you need for them. For a small fee you can also access an underground parking lot. If you have a group of friends requiring accommodation that we can not afford, we recommend our partner’s cost-effective guest house near our apartment. Just let us know and we will do the rest. Being our guests, we will return 10% off your spending to our selected partners we guaranty for.

Very near (3 minutes) you will find a mini mall with everything you might need: supermarket, shops, beauty salon, laundry wash, flower shop, playground, restaurants, pharmacy, casino. Open 8AM – 10 PM Monday – Friday; 8AM – 6 PM Saturday – Sunday Also in the same area you will find a small park where you can relax or if you bring them to the play ground. At 10 mins walking distance there is the forest and the mountain trails where you can walk or do some sports. The bus station is very close (5 mins at most). If you want to visit the city center, you will be 40 minutes by foot, 25 minutes by bus or 10 by car / taxi.
