The holiday home is surrounded by lakes, river, canals and ponds. There are numerous bathing facilities (200m) and 3 beaches (1km) with children’s playgrounds nearby. The Europa and Havelradweg is a few meters from the house and connects Brandenburg / Havel with Potsdam.
Numerous fishing possibilities are available at the ponds or the Havel. A boat bridge to the use and a boat with motor (not in the rent) can be used. In the neighboring town there is a train connection to Brandenburg, Werder, Potsdam or Berlin.
An excursion location (Havelstübchen) is about 300m away!
