The Panoramabahn starts directly in Hollersbach. Distance to the nearest town, Mittersill (5 km). Nearest supermarket at 500m. Next inn about 100 m. Other restaurants also nearby. Illuminated toboggan run 3.5 km. To the valley station Panoramabahn in the place to the connection to the ski area Kitzbühel in 1.4 km, which can be reached even within 15 minutes on foot. In summer you can start from the house directly in the Alps on foot or by mountain bike. In 25 minutes you are in the chic and luxurious world famous ski resort Kitzbühel with all its superior gastronomy. Alternatively, you can also ski down the slopes to Kitzbühel. In 20 minutes you are in Zell am See.

All bathrooms with natural light and underfloor heating. Ski and shoe storage. Beautiful spacious south-west terrace with sun loungers, parasol, dining area and brick barbecue. Finnish sauna (see pictures). Additional cozy stove in the room.
The house is typical of the country, quaint and comfortably furnished. Satellite TV in the room with all German free channels and some international channels. Wi-Fi in the entire object. Large wooden dining table with seating for 10 people, kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. You will also find here a coffee machine and an espresso machine for coffee tabs.
6-room house, 2 floors, about 130 m². Ground floor: entrance into vestibule with wardrobe. 2 double rooms. 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet and sauna.

Terrace: Patio table with 6 chairs and a bench and outdoor fireplace (grill).

2 cots without charge (order) and 2 additional extra beds against separate calculation (please announce if necessary). Pets are not allowed. The entire property is a non-smoking property which is why smoking is not permitted in the entire property.
