The house is situated on 1150m above sea level in a quiet, sunny position on a southern slope above the village Mühlbach (between Mittersill and Neukirchen). The center is located about 3km away and can be reached easily by car in a few minutes (in winter snow chains necessary). The course offers a fantastic view of the underlying Salzach Valley and on the other side of the valley up to the growing Großvenediger- massif and the Hohe Tauern National Park.
