This very high-quality Chalet H XL is located directly by the ski lift and the piste of the Zillertal Arena; it’s a ski-in, ski-out location. For you, this means that you don’t need to stand in line in the morning or get on a full ski bus; instead, you can put your skis on in front of the door and immediately enjoy the largest skiing area of the Zillertal, on an altitude of 1600 m, with guaranteed snow, in Königsleiten, in the beautiful Salzburgerland, directly on the border with Tirol. The chalet has three floors. On the ground floor you’ll find a ski storage with ski boot heaters, a bathroom, a bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen diner with a dining table for 6 people and a terrace. On the first floor you’ll find the spacious entrance of the house, a nice living/dining room with a dining table for up to 13 people and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a balcony. On the second floor (nicely under the roof) there’s a third bathroom with bathroom, shower and toilet. On this floor there also are so-called "sleeping niches", 1 space with 2 and 3 sleeping accommodations and one space with 2 and 4 sleeping accommodations. An open area features a nice sofa and a TV. At the chalet there’s a carport with room for 2 cars. Because the house is situated on a hill, you can reach the entrance of the parking over a garden path with steps. Breakfast and dinner, if you want even delivered to the chalet, as well as bread service can be ordered in the adjacent hotel, Das Alpenwelt Resort, where you can also use the children’s club, the indoor swimming pool and the wellness facilities (for a fee). In the direct vicinity you’ll find several dining and shopping possibilities. In short, a beautiful chalet where you and your group will feel at home. During the summer, there are many possibilities for a holiday; walking, mountain biking, many sights in both Tirol and Salzburgerland and a beautiful lake near Gerlos; also don’t forget to visit Europe’s highest waterfalls in the nearby Krimml. Particulars: starting from the winter of 2018/2019, a sauna will be built here.
