In the resort Hochkrimml, 5 km from the centre of Königsleiten, 13 km from the centre of Gerlos, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bathing lake 5 km. Tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, ski lift, slopes, ski school, cross country ski track 300 m. The chalet is situated in the wooded district of Filzstein by the Duxeralpe in Hochkrimml about 1600 m above sea level. 5 minutes walking distance from the chairlift of the “Zillertal Arena” and beside the ski runsthere is a off-piste direct access to the chalet. It is also an ideal starting point for many walks and a large cross-country network. Coming from Zillertal, access is via a toll road. With a valid liftticket the toll road is free in winterseason.Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.
