The apartment can be rented together with the adjacent 6-8 person apartment. Ideal for 2 families or larger families! If our apartment is booked, you can stay in the apartment next door. Ask for price and conditions.
Small Rosental is a modern apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger and can accommodate up to six people. The apartment has a large living room and a spacious balcony facing south. Which view shows the Großvenediger. The open kitchen includes all appliances including microwave, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, double sink and a toilet. The two bedrooms have double beds with linen closet. You will also find a sofa bed in the living room which is suitable for 2 people. For the ski boots we have a separate storage room with ski boot heater !!
Neukirchen am Großvenediger is a lively Austrian village with the city center only five minutes drive from the apartment. You can on a nice summer day or evening to Neukirchen in half an hour walk through a scenic route through the woods. There are also several beautiful routes through the valley.
Near the apartment you will find o a.. A restaurant and solarium. For daily groceries you can drive to the supermarket on the main road in just 5 minutes. Also, public transport stops within walking distance almost on the doorstep.
Near Neukirchen invites you to an active holiday. The Krimmler absolute highlight. The Weißsee Glacier in Utendorf is worth visiting.
In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing on the longest, illuminated toboggan run in the world (14 km!). Everything is possible in the area. Then have a nice dinner in a cozy restaurant in Neukirchen, or after skiing in one of the cafes a delicious mulled wine or beer!
Also in the summer there for everyone to take anything: walking, swimming, cycling, horse riding, paragliding and golf, and then on one of the many terraces after enjoying the summer sun.
All you winter in the Zillertal Arena Super Ski Pass, which gives you access to all ski buses, ski Wildkogel Arena in Neukirchen and Bramberg, and all lifts in the Zillertal Arena. In good weather you drive by car in half an hour to Gerlos. The ski bus takes you directly in 15 minutes to Königsleiten.
In summer, you have to stay free of the Hohe Tauern Summer Card. This card gives you free access to public transport, lifts, swimming pools and museums.
