This wonderful chalet is located at the border between Salzburgerland and Tirol, in the charming village of Wald (Wald-Königsleiten municipality). The chalet is semi-detached and the right side of the house is completely yours. Because of its large floor area, split over three floors, this chalet is ideal for friends or families travelling together. The high quality interior and warm atmosphere will make you feel right at home. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with open kitchen, which offers direct access to the large terrace and the garden. There’s also a bedroom with bathroom on this floor. There are three further, spacious bedrooms on the first floor, one of which is fitted with an en-suite bathroom. There’s an additional, separate bathroom for the guests staying in the other 2 bedrooms. A number of bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV with international channels. There is a child’s bed available, but you must bring the linen for this yourself. There’s an extra basement with ski storage; after a day of enjoying the snow, a great walk or a mountain bike tour, you can relax in your own private wellness area with sauna and rain shower. In short, a magnificent chalet, totally deserving its four star rating. In the direct vicinity you’ll find a beautiful indoor swimming pool, different dining and shopping possibilities, as well as the ski bus towards the skiing area. The central location means that, within a 15-minute drive, you can get to 3 different, famous skiing areas: Zillertal Arena (140 km pistes), Wildkogel Arena (62 km pistes) and Kitzbüheler Alps (180 km pistes). The Salzburg Superskikarte gives you access to all of these skiing areas as well as to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm. During the summer there are many possibilities to fill your vacation with activities; there are many walking and mountain biking possibilities, many sights in both Tirol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don’t forget to visit Europe’s highest waterfalls in the neighbouring Krimml.
