The property is a modern, well equipped apartment, with a nice and cosy living room. The living room has a comfortable couch and three individual chairs including a love-seat. The smart tv and dvd player with plenty of dvd’s offer some relaxing at night. Ideal for a great family holiday.
Austrian style dinning
The dining area is cosy and made in a typical Austrian style completely out of wood and can seat up to 12 people. The kitchen has all equipment needed, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso and more. For the summer there is a nice private terrace with dinning area outside in the garden. Here you can have your morning coffee or your evening dinner while you enjoy the view over the village and the mountains. The property offers 1 living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1,5 bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and another separate toilet. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, whereas the other bedroom has a king size boxspring and a bunkbed for two people.
Walking distance from the lift and city centre
The property is at walking distance (2 minutes) from the ski-lift to the Wildkogel Arena. The Wildkogel Arena offers ski and snowboard slopes for beginners up to professionals. An area for ski and ski-shoe storage is available at the property. Washing and drying machine are available. Clean sheets and towels will be provided upon arrival.
Cosy Neighbourhood
Bars, restaurants and supermarkets (Spar/ Billa) are all within walking distance (2 minutes) from the property. Kanne is nice for drinks and casual food. We like Hubertus a lot for food in the winter and the beautiful garden in the summer. Schweini’s is great for apres-ski or a nice glas of wine on the terrace in the summer. For pizza’s you should go to Unterbrunn.
Great hiking in Nationalpark Hohe Tauern
Summer hiking is endless in Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, which is one of the biggest and most beautiful protected parks in Europe. Go to Obersulzbachtal or Untersulzbachtal, both 5 minutes drive from the apartment and walk to ao Berndlalm for a nice rest and breathtaking views. The more advanced hikers can hike all the way to the GroBvenediger glacier. Also many trails can be found just outside and behind the property.
Refreshing lakes in Neukirchen or Hollersbach provide a nice escape on warm Austrian days for swimming and playing. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden as well as a sunny terrace.
Scenic golf
Several public golf courses (ao Kitzbuhel, Saalfelden) can be found in the vicinity, but Golf Club Mittersill-Stuhlfelden at 15 minutes drive is recommended. During your relaxing walk over the 18-hole course you can enjoy the amazing mountain views of the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.
Close to international airports
Innsbruck, Salzburg and Munich airport are all between 1,5 to 2,5 hours drive from the apartment. There is also a train station in Neukirchen, which connects to the international trains in Zell am See.

Indoor private parking for one car is available in the covered and protected garage under the building.
