Our holiday home was built in 1994 in the Scandinavian style as an energy-efficient house and can be used all year round. Through the use of the biologically valuable building material wood and the use of environmentally friendly colors and thermal insulation, we have u. a. received the award as “Environmentally Friendly Operation” from DEHOGA. A modern heat loop in the floor ensures pleasant room temperatures, if necessary, more radiators can be switched on. The living area of ??the house comprises 53 sqm, consisting of living room with dining area, kitchen and shower room. A double room is located on the lower floor and in the twin room of the upper floor is an extra bed, either as a child cot or as a guest bed possible. The functional and modern kitchen is equipped with mini kitchen, toaster, kettle, hood and coffee maker and opens with an open view into the living room. There you will find radio, TV (SAT) and direct dial telephone.
